We understand that unforeseen situations may occasionally arise.
Learners who are unable to continue their program due to unavoidable reasons may request a one-time deferral to a future batch.

These scenarios are common in adult learning environments and are respectfully accommodated through our flexible learning access, not through fee reversal.
When a learner enrols using an EMI, loan, or financing plan, the financial arrangement is exclusively between the learner and the lending institution.
Eduinx is not authorised to amend, postpone, or cancel EMIs once the loan is processed.
If any academic refund is approved (as per policy), it will be issued directly to the learner. The learner is responsible for closing or adjusting their loan with the financier.
Some Eduinx programs include placement-linked refund commitments governed by separate Placement Guarantee Policies.
These placement-related terms are independent from the academic refund policy and continue to operate under their respective conditions and timelines.

Requests made via phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or social media channels cannot be processed.
