Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Eligibility

The cancellation policy is only 7 days from the class starting date.

To be eligible for a refund, you must also meet the following criteria:
  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
  • You have not downloaded any course materials or resources.
  • You have not used any lab coins more than 50.
  • You have not earned a certificate of completion for the course.

Please note that some courses may have specific refund policies or terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the course page.

Refund Process

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team by sending an email to support@eduinx.com. In your email, please include the following information:
  • Your full name, email address and phone number used for the enrolment
  • The name of the course you would like to cancel.
  • The reason for the cancellation request.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the cancellation and refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company’s policies.
