2. If no job placement is secured within 12 to 15 months of completing the program, participants must submit a refund request in writing a mail at info@eduix.com to the program's support team.
3. Refund requests must include proof of program completion and evidence of active job search efforts (e.g., interview records, job application logs).
4. Upon the request, your refund will be initiated and you will be un-enrolled from the Program.
5. We will initiate the refund with in 15 days of the request. The actual time for refund would depend on your mode of payment and is not in our control.
6. We might ask you for verification documents, if required by the law to issue the refund.

To be eligible for the refund, you must:

1. Successfully complete the entire training program.
2. Actively participate in the placement process, which includes attending interviews, responding to placement opportunities, and submitting required documentation.
3. Not secure a job placement within 12 months of completing the program.

If you haven’t secured a job within 12 months, you can request a refund by submitting a written request to our support team within 30 days after the 12-month period ends. Please include proof of program completion and any documentation of your job search efforts.

Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 15 business days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method you used when enrolling in the program.
