Refund Policy
Introduction
At eduinx.com, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality online courses and excellent customer service. We understand that there may be instances where a customer may need to request a refund, and we are committed to resolving such requests in a fair and timely manner.
Refund Eligibility
The refund policy is only 7 days from the class starting date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must also meet the following criteria:
- 1. You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
- 2. You have not downloaded any course materials or resources.
- 3. You have not used any lab coins more than 50.
- 4. You have not earned a certificate of completion for the course.
Please note that some courses may have specific refund policies or terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the course page.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team by sending an email to support@eduinx.com. In your email, please include the following information:
- 1. Your full name and email address used for the purchase
- 2. The name of the course you would like a refund for
- 3. The reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond to you within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process it as soon as possible and notify you by email.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company’s policies.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for a refund:
- 1. Courses that have been completed more than 20%
- 2. Any application processes with our NBFC partners.
- 3. Cloud labs coins used more than 50.
- 4. Downloaded course materials or resources
- 5. Any purchases using a promotional code or gift card
